As required by Colorado Youth Soccer, and enforced by Corinthians Athletic Club:   The club will no longer submit or pay for background checks. The background check will be a charge to the coach/volunteer of $8.00.  Participation in CYS and USSF Kid Safe Program are a soccer club requirement.  This will need to be done yearly, for the Fall 2010 season and then after January 1, 2011 for the 2011 soccer year. 

Please take a moment to complete your background check online here. Click on "E7 Sports" Logo to complete online disclosure statement and request for a background check.*Be sure to select your club from the dropdown list titled "member league" on the Volunteer Application/Disclosure Statement/Consent for Background Check page.(The year on the beginning page does not matter, your background check will be dated correctly.)You will need to complete the entire application and submit a copy of the CYS "Registration Confirmation" by mail to the Corinthians office;  or by email to info@corinthianssoccer.com in Colorado Springs or corinthianssoccer@qwestoffice.net for Pueblo.  A disclosure for volunteers and a copy of your Colorado Driver's license will still need to be submitted to the club office with an original signature.  Please make every effort to have this done by August 15, 2010 for the upcoming CYS/Corinthians Fall 2010 Season.  No practices or coach contact will be allowed after this date without the required documentation on file at the office.
