Please be prepared to have the following items ready for the first practice:
- USA Wrestling Card (Mandatory to be at Lions Pride Practice)
- Lions Pride Membership Fee Invoice (receipt) showing they have paid through Track Wrestling or a check for $200 (made out to Lions Pride Grappling)
- Medical waiver signed by parent
- Code of Conduct forms signed by parent and student
- Contact Info and referral sheet document filled out
- CLEAN shorts and shirt (preferably no pockets)
- Sweat Towel
- Wrestling Shoes (no sneakers allowed on mats)
- Head Gear (required for anyone under 12)
- Mouth Piece (optional)
